My name is Jürgen Schmidt. I am German, trained in economics and law, and I live and work in Moscow. For about ten years I ran my own trading business between Germany and Russia, where a mistake in a contract cost real money. That is where I learned to read every line and never sign anything unchecked.
Three years ago I moved into Moscow real estate and then founded my own firm, Schmidt Capital. My principle is simple: I would rather talk you out of a purchase than close a deal I am not sure of.
